They are seeking an ambitious, motivated Engineer to join their team, working directly with central government stakeholders to improve infrastructure and make the UK a safer place!
    We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect with current DV clearance to join a growing business in Gloucester. This role will involve acting as a crucial link between technology team and customers, engaging directly on bespoke solutions that affect millions of people.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and enhance platform features specifically tailored for IT infrastructure solutions. Gather and analyse customer requirements, feedback, and pain points to inform the development of platform capabilities that meet their needs. Attend client meetings alongside Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultative support, technical expertise, and strategic insight. Understand clients' strategic and operational needs for a modern and collaborative workspace. Guide managed and professional services teams in client project onboarding and infrastructure mobilisation. Demonstrate strong technical understanding of architectural standards and support solution requirements. Produce well-presented, holistic solutions and high- and low-level technical design documentation. Expert knowledge in public cloud infrastructure and virtualisations. Produce and understand infrastructure schematics and topologies. Experience in bid management and commercial understanding. Proficient in networking, storage, server technologies, and hardware. Understanding of IP Voice Technologies and solutions. Project Management and ITIL3 understanding. Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
    Person Specification:
    AWS Solutions Architect Expert AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Expert Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert Experience in Microsoft Azure & 365 migration and solution design. Expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and migrations.
    Desirable: Cisco CCNA or CCNP Routing/Switching DNA or equivalent experience. Experience with wireless infrastructure technologies & design. Knowledge of Microsoft Server Applications, Active Directory, Exchange, and AVD. Virtualization (VMware) implementation and administration experience. Knowledge of mainstream Storage, Backup/Replication, and DR Technologies.
    Experience: Solution architecture: 5 years (preferred) ITIL: 1 year (preferred) Cybersecurity: 1 year (preferred)

They are seeking an ambitious, technically curious consultant to join their team, working directly with central government stakeholders to improve infrastructure and make the UK a safer place!
    As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, designing and implementing tailored solutions to meet Secure Government needs. You will collaborate with clients and partners’ technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    Essential Skills: Basic technical expertise in relevant technologies, systems, or software (e.g., networking, operating systems, hardware, coding languages, or cloud platforms). Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical challenges effectively. IT proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software) and basic IT support tasks. Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in technical configurations, documentation, or testing. Problem Solving: Creativity in finding innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances efficiently and find the most appropriate resolution. Organisation and Time Management: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Desirable Skills: Exposure to technical projects during studies, internships, or previous roles. Experience in a technical role or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience. A degree background in a STEM-related subject is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated interest or previous learning in technology will also be considered. Project management experience is a plus. Industry vendor certifications are a plus.

  • Job Title: Interim Director of Global Networks Location: Milton Keynes Security Clearance: DV Clearance Required Rate: Circa £800 per day, Outside IR35.
    My client is looking for a strategic and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of global network services across international operations. In this high-impact interim role, you'll lead regional teams, manage service performance, and drive innovation and efficiency in a complex, customer-focused environment. You will be required to work 3 or 4 days on site in the Milton Keynes office.
    Key Responsibilities: Lead global network service delivery, including technical teams, help desks, and customer support. Ensure high standards in safety, compliance, and risk management across all operations. Drive consistency, process improvement, and operational efficiency worldwide. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service and security standards. Manage budgets, forecast performance, and contribute to business and workforce planning. What You’ll Bring: Degree-level education and relevant professional qualifications. Extensive leadership experience in global service delivery.
