What You'll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology vacancies. Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight. Ensuring recruitment activity is delivered within agreed service levels and hiring timelines. Producing and presenting recruitment metrics, reports and hiring updates. What We're Looking For Previous experience recruiting within the technology market. Strong sourcing and headhunting capability. Experience recruiting for technical skillsets such as Cloud, AI, Salesforce, Cyber Security or Security Cleared roles would be advantageous. Background within an RPO or in-house Talent Acquisition function. Comfortable working within a structured and process-driven environment. Experience using recruitment data and reporting to influence hiring decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities and Activities Product ownership and analysis Work with stakeholders to validate requirements, translating these into functional requirements for the technical architect team. Specifically own the technical specifications of the Standards relating to Read/Write APls, Open data API, Directory specifications and Dynamic client registration.
