The role of Administration Officerwill include:
The running of several regular and ad-hoc reports, including performance data, material spend, and telematics reporting
Creating and processing purchase orders for suppliers and contractors to cover such items as materials and uniform
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding on-going repairs, complaints and queries
Supporting Works Co-ordinators when required, and also the wider Property Services team as needed (up to Head of Service) Skills and experiences: Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE Grade English and Maths
Proficient in Microsoft Software such as Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
Ability to work independently and use own initiative
Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential About us
