    Electrician

    Covering Banbury, Evesham and Stratford upon Avon

    £41,789 - £43,988 per year

    We have exciting opportunities for 2 x Electricians to join our team. The role will involve a variety of lone and teamwork with varied responsibilities. You will primarily be responsible for inspection and testing in occupied properties and producing Electrical Condition Reports, as well as remedial works. You will be provided with a company van and power tools, training will be provided, as and when required.

    This role sits within Property Services, who are responsible for delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients.

    The role of Electrician will include:

    Inspecting and testing of properties and completing any remedials required, ensuring safety and compliance
    Completing all paperwork and producing certification associated with works undertaken
    Monitoring and maintaining good levels of van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a suitable condition
    Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in accordance with contract and service specifications.

    Skills and experiences:

    To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th Amendment, AM2, City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted
    Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation. Analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
    Good communication and interpersonal skills along with a customer focused approach
    This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
