What You Will Do Deliver high-quality childcare and early education tailored to each childs needs. Support indoor and outdoor learning experiences that promote growth and development. Build positive relationships with parents and carers through professional communication. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters wellbeing and self-esteem. Comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies in line with Ofsted standards. Assist colleagues with planning, record keeping, and digital systems. Promote the nursery within the local community, encouraging engagement and participation. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene training (or willingness to complete). Experience working with children aged 05 in nursery or early years settings. Strong understanding of child development, EYFS frameworks, and safeguarding procedures. Confident using digital platforms for planning and communication. Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills. The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will provide safe, nurturing, and stimulating care for children aged 05. Supporting learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), you will help children reach their full potential. You will work closely with your team to plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, independence, and social interaction.
