This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless product launches, driving sales performance through innovative propositions & marketing strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across European D2C teams, RPM teams and European subsidiaries.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Vision: Set the long term strategic direction for the European D2C GTM function, ensuring full alignment with Samsung’s global agenda while shaping a regionally differentiated strategy that drives competitive advantage for the D2C channel. Set the strategic framework and governance for how D2C launches are planned, driven, and evaluated across Europe. Continuously evolve launch methodologies, introducing new processes, ways of working and best practices that elevate speed, consistency, commercial impact and sustainable D2C growth.Cross Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment: Provide strategic leadership between HQ, European subsidiaries and regional functions, ensuring seamless alignment on the European D2C GTM vision, strategic priorities and execution plans. Shape and influence cross-functional agendas at senior level, resolving complex challenges through business insights and innovative problem solving. Drive a culture of effective collaboration and accountability, ensuring all stakeholders are working towards shared outcomes and operating to a unified GTM governance model.Innovation & Challenge: Champion innovation by identifying new solutions and challenging conventional approaches. Align sales plans with product launches and promotional strategies to drive strong commercial outcomes across all European markets.Regional Relevance: Represent the EO D2C perspective at global forums, ensuring global strategies are adapted to local market realities. Champion local consumer needs and embed them into launch plans to strengthen customer experience, commercial performance and profitability.Control Tower Leadership: Set clear processes and alignment with HQ and regional divisional sales teams to guide direction and remove barriers to D2C executions.     The HR Advisor will sit in the People Operations team, reporting to the Employee Relations Lead who has overall responsibility for the central Advisory function. You will work alongside 2 other HR Advisors and a HR Coordinator who support HR Business Partners. The HR Business Partnering and Advisory Team look after circa 1600 employees and partner colleagues.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesFacilitate and manage the employee lifecycle processes in partnership with People Team Centres of Excellence, supporting respective Business Partner and People Managers.Own end to end Employee Relations Case Management Processes including absence management, performance management, disciplinary, grievances & investigations, flexible working and sickness absence - working closely with line managers and with BP/ER Manager as point of escalation – with a focus on fairness, consistency and adherence to policy timeline.Interpret and guide Business Areas on People Policies and make recommendations to evolve where necessary to accommodate change in employment legislation and landscape.Drive pre-approval processes to expedite pace.
