    Our experienced teams partner with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing markets.What will I be doing?Full compliance to customs and HMRC regulations, with regards to commodity codes, customs procedure codes, export control licences, incoterms Ensure that shipment requests are processed and actioned in line with agreed turnaround times

    *Processing of shipment requests through SAP and manually, through the SRF (Shipping Request Process)
    *Respond to requests for clearance instructions from various couriers, by creating Customs Clearance Instructions on SAP
    *Ensure freight forwarder compliance on Single Administrate Document (C88/SAD) completion
    *Schedule deliveries and collections through various courier web based systems
    *Compile and maintain haulier manifest schedule
    *Active communication (written and verbal) with couriers and hauliers
    *Request quotes for shipments to various destinations
    *Tracking of shipments and updating SAP with Airway Bill details
    *Completion of Dangerous Goods Declaration, where applicable
    *Updating internal customers on shipment ETA's (estimated time of arrival) and any potential delays
    *Additional support to Shipping Coordinator team

    * Responsible to drive all post month end activities to ensure the general ledger is accurate and will stand up to audit, including balance sheet reconciliation and action follow up

    * Prepare and submit accurate monthly (IFRS) and annual (FRS102) financial statements on time and in full

    * Ensure timely and accurate general ledger accounting, month end close and reconciliation processes for cash pooling, AR, AP, payroll

    What will I be doing?
    The HR & Systems Administrator is a key member of the HR team responsible for providing essential HR admin support at each point in the employee life cycle

    You will be responsible for maintaining the HR information systems and ensuring that all data is input accurately

    You will also help to ensure that the company meets its legal obligations in respect of employing people and managing their data.

    Main Activities
    * Administration of the full employee life-cycle

    * Issue and amend offer letters & employment contracts

     Protect customers from non-quality, by ensuring that products and practices comply with regulations, customer requirements and Safran standards and promoting a culture of prevention and anticipation

     Support the provision of coaching on quality improvement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root cause analysis, 8D), as well as Human Factors training, for Quality Assurance implementation throughout the company.
     Preparation of audit checklists
     Undertake both internal and external audits as required, including process and product audits.
     Raise, issue, monitor and manage audit non-conformity requests.
     Periodic reporting of audit metrics
     Assist in the development and training of other internal auditors (across Functions)
     Work with the relevant process owners to ensure all functional and/or local systems and procedures are fully aligned to the One Safran Referential
     Monitor and facilitate the review of BMS Documents
