    We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development team.     You'll be part of a close-knit, hardworking Business Development department led by the Head of Business Development. The team handles a wide range of activities including bids, tenders and pitches; client relationship management; new business development; seminars, events, and networking.Key Responsibilities
    Your role will support client development activities across the firm, working closely with the Marketing & Business Development team and Partners. Responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining key client plans and supporting client relationship management.Coordinating client activity, including social and added-value commitments, and delivering reporting requirements for key clients and panels.Maintaining accurate data on the internal client database and producing reports to track activity value.Assisting with planning and delivering client-focused events and conferences.Supporting thought leadership campaigns in collaboration with marketing.Tracking and reporting opportunities generated through BD and marketing activities.Conducting client, competitor, and market research.Preparing compelling social and added-value statements for tender content.Supporting client development programmes around key account management, client satisfaction, and client listening to enhance service delivery and revenue growth.Person SpecificationMinimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.Prior experience in a Marketing and Business Development environment within professional services.Previous experience in a client development role.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal).Keen to identify process improvements and promote best practice.Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within a professional services environment.Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
