    Job Description Ryder Reid Legal are looking for a Temporary Office Services Assistant to start ASAP with one of our leading law firm clients.The role will be working in a small Facilities team, actively supporting the firm's office by assisting in day-to-day operations. It is imperative applicants for this role have prior supervisory experience in facilities.The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to:Maintaining office and stationary supplies.Handling and distributing incoming post.Assist with new joiner and temporary set ups.Respond to general maintenance requests.Assist with office moves.Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.Occasionally assist with reception duties.Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and be able to multi-task efficiently and work effectively in a team.
