The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Newcastle city centre. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the North East's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.
Your Role Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
Business development and account management with key clients
Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
Negotiating terms and closing deals
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process What You'll Need Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Resilient and target-driven approach
Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
A positive can do attitude What We Offer Competitive basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE
Uncapped commission structure (OTE £45,000 - £70,000 first year)
