    We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Worker at Coleg Plas Dwbl, to work as part of a team under the instruction of the Maintenance & Aesthetics Manager assisting with the upkeep of all the college properties and associated sites across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.
    Applicants must have excellent practical skills and a clean full driver’s license.
    You must be willing to work flexibly, travelling between the sites and residential houses. Main Duties include: Undertake a wide range of college maintenance tasks Maintain interior areas, including patch repairs, painting, and decorating to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Support compliance and Health & Safety checks, ensuring all work meets required standards Respond promptly to site safety issues, such as broken windows, loose paving, or gritting during winter months Perform exterior building repairs, including work on window frames, guttering, and drainage systems.
