    In an ideal world it would be great for you to have knowledge of our products and services, but this isn’t essential. What is important is that you have experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment in an operational or commercial role - a great opportunity for a salesperson with a background in industrial B2B selling or someone with procurement/buying experience in heavy industry.
    Key ResponsibilitiesAttendance at daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand initiatives and priorities at the siteDevelopment and Implementation of agreed stores management services and processes with customer site teamsPreparation and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders.Consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, against the formal agreement, encompassing the agreed site specific KPIs and target.Ensure clear understanding of stores management processesWork with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer site specific requirements

     Key ResponsibilitiesMain Tasks and Deliverables:Ensure workflow procedures are followed.Ensure plant maintenance is carried out and recorded.Carry out workplace risk assessments and method statements where necessary.Provide guidance and technical support to personnel and apprentices.Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor.Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor.Inspect various kinds of electromechanical equipment for damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions.Test condition of windings to EASA or AEMT standards.Illustrate and / or document all relevant data specific to units electromagnetic. characteristics, operating conditions, existing damage or intended serviceability.Dismantle and / or strip damaged or unserviceable electromechanical equipment.Prepare all reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions.Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to; single phase, three phase, DC fields, armatures, wound rotors and transformers.  Observe proper insulating techniques and / or requirements during rewinding.Test rewound electromechanical equipment according to EASA or AEMT standards and document test results.Operate specialised repair and testing equipment, including but not limited to; winding machines, test panels, surge testers, core-loss testers, cut-off saws, burnout ovens, grinders, cranes, forklift trucks, brazing units, dip tanks, VPI system, and various handheld power and non-power tools.

     The purpose of the role is to install, fit, test, assemble, commission, maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment. Also, to carry out work to the satisfaction of the customer and the management team. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse job cards to determine job status, work authorisations/limitations, estimate, description of problems and / or expected serviceability.Test mechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems.Disassemble mechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition.Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies.Requisition of replacement parts.Verify repairs using start-up testing procedures.Retest reassembled mechanical equipment for proper output and operation.Operate specialised equipment.Work on Customer sites as well as in the workshop.Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.Follow all Company Health & Safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment.Keep work area neat and tidy.Carry out any other reasonable request from the management team.
