Making high-volume outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and identifying new business opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with existing customers and managing accounts effectivelySpotting opportunities to upsell additional waste and environmental servicesSupporting the setup of new accounts, ensuring accurate pricing and complianceCollaborating with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth service delivery
As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your experience will include:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account managementConfident communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build rapport and influence customers effectivelyIT proficiency across MS Office and internal systemsConfidence making high-volume outbound calls
