This role is part of the national Integrated Marketing Communications team with the purpose of working together to support driving sustainable growth for the firm. You will be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring strategic marketing activity across the national industry group and its sub-sectors (charities, education and social housing). On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the industry development team, heads of sector and other senior stakeholders to ensure the firm’s industry expertise is effectively positioned externally. This includes collaborating with industry associations and producing insight-led content that adds value for clients, generates high-quality new business leads, and clearly articulates the firm’s full-service offering to the Not-for-Profit sector. You will also act as a central conduit for communicating key activity and priority industry topics internally in addition to working with our global offices on some projects. This role sits within a national team operating across the UK, with key stakeholder engagement based in London and line management in Leeds.You’ll make an impact by:Advising on, developing and delivering the industry marketing strategy, determining the most effective and efficient way of engaging with our audiences, and ensuring a focus on our priority areas of growth.Developing and managing the industry marketing budget. You’ll make an impact by:Leading end to end project management for the firmwide Digital Upskilling Programme, ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality deliveryOverseeing the planning, scoping, and implementation of additional strategic talent initiatives as requiredDeveloping and maintaining robust project plans, governance structures, and reporting mechanismsEngaging and influencing senior leaders, business partners, and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and support for programme objectivesManaging expectations, competing demands, and interdependencies across multiple parts of the organisation Facilitating clear, consistent communication across stakeholder groups to ensure transparency and engagement  Working with specialist learning provider(s) to bring external best practice and input to bear to drive our Digital Skills initiative Applying project management best practice to deliver measurable outcomes and organisational impact Developing change management strategies and toolkits to support adoption, learning, and behavioural change Identifying risks, issues, and barriers to progress, and proactively develop solutions Ensuring all programmes are delivered to a high standard, meeting both strategic intent and business needLeveraging data, insights, and feedback to refine programme design and drive continuous improvement  Staying current with emerging trends in digital skills, learning, and talent developmentWhat we are looking for:Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, high-impact learning projects or programmes within complex organisationsProven ability to operate confidently at senior and executive levelsStrong project management expertise, including frameworks, methodologies, and toolkitsExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsA track record of delivering change at pace while managing ambiguity and competing demandsStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExperience working in professional services or partnership environmentsExperience working with specialised third party learning and skills providers in the digital skills space Background in learning, talent development, digital transformation, or cultural changeProject management certification (, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageousCollaborative, relationship oriented, and trusted by senior stakeholdersAdaptable and resilient, able to deliver under pressureProactive, solutions focused, and comfortable navigating complexityA passion for talent development, digital innovation, and future focused skillsWhat we can offer you:We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
