We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to shape and drive business analysis across high impact projects. You’ll lead a team of talented BAs, champion best practice and act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. If you’re a confident communicator, a natural coach and expert at turning complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions - we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll bring Proven ability to develop a BA practice and lead people, setting standards, coaching BAs and growing the BA capability. Discovery leadership with clear problem framing, options analysis, and benefits cases aligned to BA standards, embedding ethics and accessibility. Fluency in key modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, data modelling, value streams, SIPOC, impact mapping) and sound judgement in selecting the right approach. The ability to translate business needs into testable, traceable requirements; embed non-functional needs; co-create & manage UAT; and support hardware or data migration aligned with Engineering and Test practices. Executive ready communication and facilitation skills - concise storytelling, quantified options, effective workshops and constructive challenge to support decision making. Experience designing and delivering effective workshops and meetings both remotely and in person. Confident delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and blended SDLCs. Strong skills across Microsoft , Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, and modern modelling or collaboration tools.     We are Recruiting a Café Manager to manage the RNIB Community Café in Edinburgh.  As a part of the role, you will lead a small and robust team of volunteers in successfully and profitably managing the operation of the Café. A crucial part of the role will be to actively promote and develop the use by the visually impaired community, local community and partners. The Manager will join the team that oversee group activities in the building and be a source of information and signposting to community members and partners. The Manager will develop useful links with external organisations such as local suppliers, businesses and community groups, adhering to the most recent government guidance. Ideally you should hold Level 2 Food Safety Certification (but this is not essential as training can be given.) The Manager and team will directly provide support to blind, partially sighted people and will ensure that the Café acts as a resource for community members, campaigns teams and fundraising teams. RNIB is pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to join our Eye Care Support Service in Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust Doncaster Royal Infirmary and Bassetlaw Hospital. This is a rewarding role providing the right individual the opportunity to make a difference every day working with people affected by sight loss. You will provide critical emotional support, information and guidance face to face within a hospital setting, remotely via digital platforms and in community locations, as required. Each day you will support people affected by sight loss to identify their needs, access information and make informed choices which enable and empower them to maintain their independence. Admin tasks are a large part of this role, you will create and input accurate patient records into a variety of databases and use Microsoft each day. Key to this role will be your excellent communication and relationship building skills with patients, clinicians and a wide range of cross sector partners. You will have the ability to work in different hospital locations as required. You should be confident to work on your own initiative, have excellent organisational skills and be a confident user of IT systems. Impeccable record keeping skills are also key to this role.
