    We are looking for an Insight Partner to play a pivotal role within the Customer Outcomes and Insight team. This is an exciting and influential senior role which will support our overall Protection strategy by commissioning and contributing to projects that use meaningful insight and analytics to inform business decisions and improve customer outcomes.  You will also contribute significantly to the wider insight mix. 
    As Insight Partner, you will support the Head of Insight by ensuring that Customer Lifestage Directors, their leadership teams, and other key stakeholders are well-informed about market, competitor, customer, employer, and adviser insights within their areas of influence. You will be regarded as a senior, trusted advisor who delivers clear, actionable insights that drive business performance, enhance customer value, promote long-term growth, and help achieve our Strategy and Purpose.
     
    Key Responsibilities
     
    •    Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform and enable strategic decision-making across the business.
    •    Act as a senior, trusted advisor to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
    •    Collaborate with colleagues across the insight function, together with proposition, distribution, marketing and strategy to ensure insight needs are identified and fulfilled.
    •    Create high quality, high impact reports for key governance forums including the RLMIS Board, Group Executive Committee (GEC, UK Customer Committee (UKCC) and Independent Governance Committee (IGC) as relevant.
    •    Drive initiatives that assess and improve customer outcomes.
    •    Collaborate across the business to ensure alignment with our Strategy and Purpose.
    •    Support the Head of Insight in creating and nurturing a market-leading insight function.
