    Dining, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:·      
    Assist in the opening
    and closing procedure of the outlet.·      
    Ensure the service
    area is fully stocked for each service period. Take special care in maintaining
    cleanliness and report any damage when it occurs.·      
    Take in room dining
    orders via phone in line with the SOP ·      
    Post orders correctly
    in Simphony POS in line with the SOP ·

    guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a

    Escorts
    guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and
    beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.·        
    Ensures
    every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to
    the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as
    other colleagues.·        
    Assists
    in opening and procedures in the outlets.·        
    Assists
    with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks,
    polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental

    Account manage
    allocated portfolio of accounts, undertaking complete account management
    responsibilities for maintaining, servicing and developing the account, growing
    revenue and tracking production – from allocated specific locations and/or
    industries. This includes re contracting all global and local corporate rate
    agreements prior to the expiration date and have rates loaded onto the hotels
    PMS and were applicable the GDS

    Building and

    Undertake sales trips,

    in UK and overseas. In the UK, this will involve driving a hire car

    policy.

    To complete daily food
    safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperature recording.

    Carry out all
    reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with company
    standards.

    ·        
    Have a handover with
    the senior chef from the evening service to be aware of what items are on the
    task list.
