    Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You'll drive a technical overhaul—moving the BI team from Power BI to custom apps built on Databricks. Your mission? Build slick, user-focused applications that actually get used, whilst setting the technical direction and mentoring engineers to level up their skills.This is a technical leadership role reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence. You won't manage people directly, but you'll mentor engineers, set technical standards, and own the quality bar for all user-facing applications.You're a strong front-end engineer with full-stack capability—someone who can take applications from concept to production and ensure they work beautifully for end users. While you'll handle the full stack, your primary focus is the user-facing layer.
