We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Training Content Designer to join our team for 6 months and bring our learning vision to life.In this role, you’ll partner with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders across the business to design and develop dynamic training materials that support employee development and drive organisational performance. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love crafting content that truly resonates with learners, we want to hear from you.What you’ll be doingConducting training needs analyses and skills‑gap assessments to shape meaningful learning solutionsDesigning and developing high-quality training content that aligns with learning objectives and business prioritiesCreating interactive eLearning modules — including assessments and knowledge checks — using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe CaptivateManaging multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlinesEnsuring all training content is inclusive, accessible, and suitable for diverse audiences across languages and culturesWhat you’ll bringA passion for learning and a talent for making content engaging and easy to understandExperience with instructional design and eLearning authoring toolsStrong communication, collaboration, and project‑management skillsA creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a learner‑centric approach
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training content development or instructional designExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia editing softwareStrong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiencesExcellent project management and collaboration skillsPreferences for: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related fieldFamiliarity with adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)Graphic design or video production experience is a plus
