This is a hybrid role, with office attendance expected two days per week. This requirement has been created by two key programmes of transformation; the implementation of a new ERP system and change to the finance structure, which will reduce time spent on management reporting and facilitate more for business partnering. The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for: Working with the business to set budgets and monitor spend throughout the year, updating forecasts and providing financial guidance on spend. Building trust and robust relationships with stakeholders to facilitate challenging conversations and influence decision-making. Supporting stakeholders in understanding their numbers, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms.
