About the role We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the Individual Giving Team to work across our Stewardship Programme. The role of Marketing Executive will see you working across all aspects of a campaign to help drive lifesaving income for the RNLI and treat our donors really well. The role is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with an enthusiastic approach to your work, looking for a challenge, where you can really make a difference. Experience in project management, stakeholder communications and campaign planning is essential along with a passion to drive data focused decisions and work as part of a dynamic and mission focused team. About you You’ll be an experienced Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns. To be considered for the role as our new Marketing Executive you will need: An understanding of the importance of meaningful donor stewardship and a commitment to delivering an exceptional supporter experience Experience in delivery of marketing campaigns focused on driving supporter response and donations and retention Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines Knowledge of Direct Mail, Email and Web channels Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to a wide variety of stakeholders Be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) Apply today if you are a proactive Marketeer or fundraiser wanting to work within a high performing, friendly team where there will be opportunities to learn and grow within the role. If this position is not filled internally it may be re-advertised openly. #LI-DNI The RNLI strives to prevent drowning, to support this aim, we are offering up a fantastic opportunity of a position as a Lead Lifeguard Supervisor to manage our operations across our Chichester area. This post is an exciting and challenging role, suitable for an individual with an enthusiastic approach and driven with good people and leadership skills. As Lead Lifeguard Supervisor the successful candidate will be managing a team of Supervisors across the Chichester area and working closely with a team of over 35 Lifeguards to deliver a safe and effective service on the 6 beaches across our operational area. A sound knowledge of the beach environment and sea based recreational activities along with extensive experience in the provision of lifeguard services is required. As the Lead Lifeguard Supervisor, in this operationally focussed role it is essential that you are an excellent communicator, able to manage yourself and others effectively whilst managing delivery to budget and deadline. The ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people and situations is essential as well as a keenness to drive improvement and identify opportunities to best support the communities we serve. The Lead Lifeguard Supervisor role involves: Leading the supervisors through the recruitment, training, supervision and administration of the lifeguard team and the delivery of the lifeguard service in line with RNLI standards and procedure Actively managing and being responsible for the budget of the lifeguard service, with clear focus on the efficient use of people, equipment and money Collaborating locally with partner agencies as well as nationally with others within the RNLI to support the effective delivery of the rescue service Exploring opportunities within our communities for how we identify risks and create opportunities to save more lives. A good understanding of the local area would be advantageous. In addition, you will need to maintain all fitness and proficiency criteria required by operational RNLI lifeguards. Previous supervisory and training experience is essential. A current, ILS recognised beach Lifeguard qualification is required. You will need to be IT literate, hold a valid driving licence, and have a flexible approach to working times that reflects the dynamic nature of the Lifeguard Service. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore any offer of employment will be subject to an enhanced criminal records check.   Responsibilities for the role are:Approach and engage the public  in meaningful conversations about the important work of the RNLI.Inspire the public to donate to the RNLI on a monthly basis.Give out water safety messages to the public to ensure that everyone can enjoy the coast safely.
  There are no required qualifications as training will be provided and no experience is necessary, so you could say something like
  No experience is necessary to become a face to face fundraiser as all training is provided, but candidates must have a willingness to approach and talk to the public, a friendly, confident manner and a willingness to travel to different coastal locations.
