CQC Inspection Experience

commissioning .
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to implement best practices.
Problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing operational and care-related challenges.
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).

Work collaboratively on organisational projects, risk management, and service expansion. Take part in regional on-call duties every 46 weeks. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring people receive the highest quality support. Requirements Leadership experience in social care, ideally within learning disabilities, autism, or brain injuries services. A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
