    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

    Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, families, and professionals.

    Requirements

    CQC Inspection Experience

    is essential.

    Minimum 2 years' experience as a

    Registered Manager .

    Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

    CQC Registered Manager

    status preferred, with experience maintaining strong compliance ratings.

    Experience in

    referrals

    and

    commissioning .

    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

    Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to implement best practices.

    Problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing operational and care-related challenges.

    Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).

    Enhanced DBS Check required.

Ensure services are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective, and Well-Led in line with CQC standards. Coach, motivate, and develop Practice Leaders, Hub Leaders, and Outreach Leaders. Champion Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) , trauma-informed approaches, and active support. Oversee budgets, policies, and compliance while driving service growth and development. Work collaboratively on organisational projects, risk management, and service expansion. Take part in regional on-call duties every 46 weeks. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring people receive the highest quality support. Requirements Leadership experience in social care, ideally within learning disabilities, autism, or brain injuries services. A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to person-centred care , transparency, and quality improvement. Confidence in decision-making and the ability to adapt to challenges. The motivation to lead outstanding services, whether or not you have been CQC-registered before.
