The successful candidate will manage the agile and product-oriented transformation of our corporate IT infrastructure and IT service teams.     Planning and delivery
    Own and run the quarterly planning process for PRE, ensuring engagement from teams and visibility for leadership.
    Ensure incremental value/improvements are delivered through the platform. Collaboratively and consistently challenge everyone on who they are building for and on the business value being delivered in an initiative.
    Filter incoming product/project requests to PRE for business value and priority, enabling EMs to easily prioritise requests against in-flight initiatives, backlogs, and future roadmap items.
    Ensure all processes and artifacts are documented and these are maintained Responsibility for what platform functionality gets built when, sits with the PRE Engineering Manager, your role is to highlight and influence through data/metrics the most important things for our customers so they can be considered alongside the internal PRE and other OKR initiatives as part of the quarterly planning process.  We're looking for someone who:
