  An established Mechanical and Electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Services Estimator to join its Pre-Construction team based in Cirencester.
  
  The role would suit a commercially aware estimator with strong technical knowledge of building services and experience delivering estimates across a range of commercial projects. You will work closely with senior management and contribute to the successful delivery of competitive and well-considered tenders.
  
  Reporting directly to the Construction Director, key responsibilities will include:

  Reviewing tender documentation including specifications and employer’s requirementsPreparing accurate and timely cost estimates covering labour, materials and subcontract packagesProducing tenders for internal adjudicationAssessing and vetting supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value is achievedAttending and leading tender adjudication meetings, presenting programme, pricing strategy and commercial riskMonitoring and reviewing project costs against tender allowancesMaintaining and updating in-house costing and estimating softwareLiaising with main contractors, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal design and delivery teamsSkills and behaviours
