    Provide clear direction and set high standards and expectations, encouraging a customer-focused attitude at all times
    To recognise the importance of teamwork and group dynamics, building and maintaining effective working relationships within the team

    To ensure that effective communication takes place throughout the team
    Prioritise and delegate work within the kitchen team, continually looking for ways of improving the overall effectiveness of the team
