    What You’ll Be Responsible For
    Strategy, Vision and LeadershipArchitect and execute a global B2C strategy for key markets in collaboration with global product owners that is aligned with ResMed’s overarching product and consumer vision and financial goals. Grow Resmeds existing direct to consumer business across Europe, APAC and Amercias. Identify and execute growth levers - organic or M&A, to expand ResMed’s direct to consumer footprint in priority markets.Localize your strategy for regional or country nuances – because one size doesn’t have to fit allBe the internal champion of the end user customer. Leverage your deep experience being so close to the customer to inform brand, product, and innovation strategy across the company. Ensure that Resmed builds and champions game changing healthcare pathways and customer experiences that provide access to more patients to get on therapy seamlessly with the ultimate goal of growing all channels within Resmeds ecosystem. Design and scale a high-performing global direct to consumer organization. Be comfortable leading through growth, ambiguity, and transformation.Commercial LeadershipTake full ownership over commercial performance of direct to consumer businesses – ecommerce, marketplaces, retail and all in between.Own and drive global sales targets and operating plans across all B2C businesses, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals, financial forecasts, and enterprise-wide focus areas.Partner with marketing and product teams to fuel traffic, conversion, and lifetime value.Manage all retail businesses – their P&L, in-store operations, and end-to-end customer experience in physical stores.Build seamless omnichannel experiences where online meets in-store without friction.Monitor what matters – revenue, growth, margins, NPS, conversion and retention. Cross-Functional & GTM AlignmentCollaborate across Product, Marketing, Distribution, Global Technology Services, Finance, Legal, and regional commercial B2B teamsWork in lock step with the Global Technology Services and MarTech teams to ensure our technology stack and platforms are fit for purpose, scalable for growth and enable seamless end-end customer journeys.
    What You’ll BringYour commercial acumen is another level. You’ve got at least 15+ years of leadership across direct to consumer business leader roles, including e-commerce, marketplace, retail. Multi-market experience required, global experience preferred. Proven track record in P&L ownership with demonstrated experience in driving high growth businesses.Proven ability to vision and build amazing omni-channel customer experiences at scale that deliver results. Brownie points if you’ve worked in an industry that has clunky traditional pathways and you’ve built a business and model successfully that transformed them for the end-user. You are energized by working in highly cross-functional and complex, and multi-channel environments.You’re an incredible change agent with a strong growth mindset – you’re able to set a vision, engage an organization and bring people along for the ride.
