Job Description
We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing operations team at REP Fitness UK, based at our UK Headquarters in Gloucester. Reporting to the UK Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
You’ll be working hands-on within our warehouse, supporting the end-to-end flow of stock while maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and accuracy. This role is essential to delivering the premium experience our customers expect from REP Fitness.

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.A strong work ethic with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.A team-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.Forklift licence (counterbalance and/or reach) or previous forklift experience (desirable).Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (desirable).Experience handling large, heavy, or bulky items (desirable).

Job Responsibilities
Picking, preparing, and packing customer orders accurately in line with REP Fitness shipping standardsUsing handheld scanners and warehouse systems to process stock movements and ordersReplenishing pick locations to ensure efficient order fulfilmentReceiving incoming deliveries, including unloading, inspecting, and counting stockCompleting stock put-aways into correct warehouse locationsOperating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (where trained)Following all health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling practicesMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all timesSupporting stock counts, audits, and general inventory control activitiesWorking collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily and weekly operational targetsBeing flexible and supporting other warehouse tasks as required
