Key Responsibilities: As a Data Protection Analyst (SARs) at Rendall & Rittner, you will assist with the preparation responses to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). Your responsibilities will include: Process data subject access requests (DSARs) in line with the UK GDPR: Ensure all new requests are logged on register Ensure all new requests are notified to IT team, who will collate the data Review documentation to consider any required redactions or exemptions to disclosure Use software to prepare documentation for disclosure, applying redactions and exemptions to the data Maintain log of redactions and exemptions Finalise response pack for issue to data subject Key Requirements: Safety: Proactively maintains a safe work environment by identifying risks, following procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture for employees, clients, contractors, and the public. You will deputise for the General Manager and support with the operational running of the estate. Directly you will oversee the smooth running of all facilities functions, managing M&E, building H&S, statutory compliance, hard and soft contractors as well as ensuring high site functionality and presentation.
