You’ll take ownership of daily operational and warehouse activity, drive service excellence for major commercial clients, and act as deputy to the Head of Relocation Services — making this an excellent platform for someone with clear ambitions to step up. The Role Lead all warehouse and operational activity across Glasgow, ensuring seamless delivery of office and commercial relocation projects. Manage storage, inventory, dispatch, and asset traceability to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate schedules, resources, and diary management to meet fluctuating client demand across corporate accounts. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations. Drive continuous improvement in “white glove” service delivery — quality, flexibility, and client focus are non-negotiable. Use operational data and KPIs (utilisation, turnaround time, stock accuracy) to identify trends and lead improvements.
