Location: Leicester, UK Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 10:00-18:00 Description As a Warehouse Operative, you would handle the goods and products in the warehouse. It would be your job to keep them safe and make sure they are delivered to customers on time. Picking and packing products as well as working as part of a team to hit timed deadlines. This role can be physically demanding. Roles and Responsibilities Receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming deliveries. Checking received goods against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy. Storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse. Picking, packing orders and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently. Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and palletizing. Operating warehouse equipment such as motorized pallet stacker and manual pallet truck safely and efficiently (Training will be provided). Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in print production. You will learn how to operate advanced flexographic printing equipment, including a 10-colour narrow web servo-driven press, while working alongside experienced printers. Full training and support will be provided as you develop the skills required to become a qualified Flexographic Printer. Location: Worcester, UK Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift Pattern: to be confirmed A flexographic Printer job requires you to manage flexographic printing machines such as an 10 colour narrow web servo-driven flexographic press. You usually prepare the press for printing and troubleshoot any issues during printing. Monitor printing processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, adjusting as necessary. Maintain inks and solvents according to types of material being printed and work order specifications. Roles and Responsibilities To ensure all printing tasks are carried out to high standards and that the standards are maintained. To operate and maintain production speeds on your shift and setting times to targets and record / report in areas where this is not possible. To work constantly towards production improvements in methods, to eliminate potential quality problems and reduce downtime. To liaise with the production manager to achieve best possible machine utilisation with minimum wastage, while ensuring excellent quality, at best possible delivery dates.
