    Customer Success Manager - Bilingual

    A brilliant opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join a market leading disruptive software technology firm in London, UK. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is an ideal time to join this growing organisation and be guided by some of the brightest minds. You will be supporting a customer base, ensuring customers are able to use the product as designed and educating customers on use of the technology.

    Location: Central London– Hybrid – 3 days on-site

    Salary: Negotiable per annum + healthcare, pension, etc.

    Requirements for Customer Success Manager:
    At least 2 years experience working as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role
    A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in Law, History, Geography, Physics or similar
    At least AAB at A-Level or international equivalent (please ensure grades are included on your CV).
    Excellent customer-facing skills – you should have previously held a role where you have dealt with customers
    A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
    Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
    Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
    You MUST be business fluent in either: French, Spanish or German
    Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager:
    You will be the main point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience. You will be liaising with clients, sales team and technical teams
    Execute seamless handovers between pre-sales and post-sales
    Help clients get the most out of the software product, overseeing customer engagement and fostering client relationships
    Solve client problems and resolve issues/queries quickly and help with user adoption
    Act as a voice for the customer, providing insights to internal teams to enhance service delivery
    Maximise customer renewals through user engagement

    Job Description
    A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Test Engineer to join a growing technology company working on complex and innovative software solutions used by clients across the globe. You will be joining the development team at an exciting time of growth, with the chance to specialise in either automation testing or manual testing.
    Location: Leicestershire – hybrid, expected in the office at least 2 days per week (some public transport available from Leicester, Rugby and Market Harborough but much easier if you drive)
    Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + benefits
    Requirements for Graduate Test Engineer
    Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent commercial experience
    Excellent attention to detail with a strong testing mentality
    For the automation-focused role: knowledge of automation tools such as SpecFlow, TestComplete, or similar frameworks
    For the manual-focused role: experience writing and executing test cases and working to test plans
    Ability to grasp complex systems and learn quickly
    Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
    Beneficial experience: SQL, XML, Jira, Jenkins, relational databases, or web services
    An interest in working on large-scale, business-critical software systems would be an advantage
    Responsibilities for Graduate Test Engineer
    Testing complex software products within the system test team
    Writing and executing test cases, creating accurate bug reports, and tracking progress
    Applying manual and automated testing methods to ensure software quality
    Working to defined processes and deadlines in an Agile environment
    Collaborating with other Test Engineers and Developers to support product development
