    A brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Test Engineer (Hardware, Software, and Systems) to join a pioneering tech start-up working on innovative connected devices that blend hardware, software, and intelligent cloud systems.     Requirements for Product Reliability Engineer
    Strong experience as a Test Engineer testing hardware and software products
    This company values a strong academic history so is looking for someone who achieved a 2.1 or 1st class degree and at least AAB at A Level (or international equivalent)
    Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems, ideally including embedded or IoT-based products
    Practical ability to build or modify simple test setups using microcontrollers, sensors, or similar platforms
    Strong scripting or automation ability, ideally in Python (other languages such as Bash or Go are also welcome)
    Curious and analytical approach to investigating how systems work and identifying edge cases or weaknesses

    Requirements for Technical Bid Writer:
    Top academics including a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading university
    Minimum of AAB at A Level (or equivalent UCAS points)

    Ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise, yet simple manner

    Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to create clear, engaging content.
    Approach responses creatively, ensuring that value propositions and unique qualities are highlighted, even in basic questions.
    Assist the wider Business Team and other functional departments in producing high-quality content for successful tenders and proposals, managing tight deadlines.
    Proof and edit final documents meticulously,
    Integrate key themes and showcase the products' distinct advantages.
    Oversee project management tasks, such as assigning, monitoring, reporting, and fast-tracking tasks for RFP projects, escalating any issues that may delay timely completion to project leaders.
    Keep records of content and data up to date to support future opportunities.
    Develop top-quality bid templates and oversee the management of the bid content library.

    Requirements for Technical Support Engineer
    This company value top academics so are looking for a minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related discipline, along with at least ABB at A Level (or international equivalent)
    Ideally you will have commercial experience in a technical or customer support-type position, but top recent graduates who are keen on a career in support are encouraged to apply
    Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash beneficial

    Responsibilities for Technical Support Engineer
    You will initially be fully trained on the machine learning platform to understand the intricacies of the product
    You will then act as the main point of contact and liaise with customers and internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
    Manage customer issues from initial report through to resolution
    Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
    Give an excellent customer experience throughout the resolution process
