This role is central to the firms new business intake and conflicts clearance process, supporting attorneys and business professionals on complex client and matter reviews. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Conduct detailed research on prospective clients, adversaries, and affiliated entities using internal and external sources. /li li Analyse complex corporate structures and relationships, including building and reviewing corporate family trees. /li li Review and interpret conflicts search results, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate resolutions. /li li Prepare, quality-check, and deliver conflict reports, often within tight deadlines. /li li Assist with conflict resolution processes, including waivers, engagement letters, and related documentation. /li li Support lateral hire, bankruptcy, and independence-related conflicts reviews. /li li Maintain accurate client, matter, and conflicts data across firm systems. /li li Provide guidance on conflicts and intake procedures and assist with ethical wall and compliance processes. /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. /li li Prior experience in a legal conflicts, intake, risk, or related law firm environment preferred. /li li Familiarity with platforms such as LexisNexis, Elite/3E, Intapp, or iManage is advantageous. /li li Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skill. /li li Excellent attention to detail, communication, and client service skill /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international law firm and play a key role in a sophisticated risk management function. /p
