This role is central to the firm's new business intake and conflicts clearance process, supporting attorneys and business professionals on complex client and matter reviews. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed research on prospective clients, adversaries, and affiliated entities using internal and external sources. Analyse complex corporate structures and relationships, including building and reviewing corporate family trees. Review and interpret conflicts search results, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate resolutions. Prepare, quality-check, and deliver conflict reports, often within tight deadlines. Assist with conflict resolution processes, including waivers, engagement letters, and related documentation. Support lateral hire, bankruptcy, and independence-related conflicts reviews. Maintain accurate client, matter, and conflicts data across firm systems. Provide guidance on conflicts and intake procedures and assist with ethical wall and compliance processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
