    What will you be doing? 
    Act as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers, representing the firm with warmth, discretion, and polish 
    Provide high-quality administrative support to fee earners and office staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time 
    Open new client files and manage document preparation, digital filing, scanning, and secure archiving in line with compliance standards 
    Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, post, and deliveries, routing communications efficiently and supporting daily workflow 
    Maintain the reception and office areas to an impeccable standard—tidy, well-stocked, and ready to host both internal and external visitors 
    Provide a concierge-style service to internal stakeholders, including meeting room management, greeting VIP guests, and supporting events or executive visits 
    Assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating replenishment orders, and liaising with facilities when needed

    Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in a varied residential property caseload. 
    Excellent business development skills, with ability to cross-refer and gain new work.
    Excellent IT skills, with ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
