We’re looking for someone who fosters a culture of collaboration across engineering, commercial, and partner teams, promoting a strong “One Team” mindset throughout all partnership activities. The role will encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude to ensure partnerships deliver maximum performance and commercial impact for the team and partners.This role acts as the strategic interface between Oracle Red Bull Racing’s engineering departments and global technology partners, ensuring partner technologies are successfully integrated into the team’s race operations, development processes, and innovation initiatives. The position requires a combination of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management across engineering, marketing, and partner organizations.Additionally, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to execute outstanding activations and foster more robust relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our partnerships and the overall brand. This role will require a deep understanding of technical, performance-led, engineering topics that our Partners wish to promote, and you will regularly work with key engineering stakeholders in the business to develop innovative marketing materials and activations.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership OwnershipOwn and manage relationships with top-tier technical partners across various sectorsDevelop long-term partnership strategies that align partner capabilities with team performance objectives.Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through co-innovation projects or new technology integrations.Engineering IntegrationWork closely with engineering departmentsLead the process of evaluating and integrating partner technologiesFacilitate technical workshops and innovation sessions between partner engineering teams and Oracle Red Bull Racing engineersCommercial Value CreationEnsure partnerships deliver clear value for both team performance and partner marketing objectivesCollaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop joint innovation case studies, technology storytelling content, thought leadership initiativesSupport sponsorship renewal and upsell opportunities by demonstrating measurable partnership impactSenior Stakeholder Management & Team ManagementManage relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.Manage the work of Technical Partnership Managers or Executives supporting the partnership portfolioEssential ExperienceLong-term experience in technology partnerships, innovation partnerships, sports marketing, technical account management, agency or similar client-facing role.Experience managing others as well as working with global brands is strong advantage.Experience working with enterprise technology partners (manufacturing, engineering software, fuel, automotive, etc.).Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects involving engineering and commercial teams.Experience in high-performance environments such as motorsport, advanced engineering, aerospace, or technology companies is highly desirable.Someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with strong communication skills across both engineers and commercial stakeholders.The role will be based in Milton Keynes, with the requirement to travel to several races where necessary.
