    IFA Technical Administrator – part-time Albury, Surrey £28,000 - £32,000 FTE Part-time Technical Administrator required. Excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, high performing team working from our office near Guildford, in the Surrey Hills. Are you an experienced IFA administrator looking to use your skills in a part-time role? (4 days per week, 9am to 1pm or please let us know what suits you best). This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing IFA financial planning business, working closely with our Paraplanner and the rest of our close-knit team, to ensure that business is processed efficiently for clients. About the role Duties will include: Provide administrative support to advisers, working closely with the Practice Manager and Paraplanner Process client administration for investments, pensions, protection, and mortgages from submission to completion Prepare client documentation and paperwork for paraplanning and client meetings Maintain accurate back-office systems, client records, service reminders, and monthly income reconciliation Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage enquiries, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service Skills, experience, and qualifications This role would suit an experienced IFA administrator who enjoys using their initiative and has a can do working style. We are looking for someone who will thrive and enjoy working in our close knit and supportive team. At least three years experience of providing administrative support within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management Practice with a clear understanding of the different products and processes involved.Technical ability to use multiple Financial Services back-office systems (prior experience different software systems will be highly advantageous but full training will be given on the relevant IT systems).Confidence in dealing directly with clients and third parties with ability to work with total discretion.A high standard of accurate and concise written output, with good attention to grammar and syntax. Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Solution focused approach with a high standard of professionalism. Someone who loves being an essential part of a high performing team but can equally work independentlySomeone who is going to love the attention to detail and make this role their own Additional information This is a part-time role and the salary quoted is the full-time equivalent salary.
