Spectrum Wealth is looking for a Receptionist / Business Assistant to be the friendly face and warm welcome to our business. This is a front-of-house role with real responsibility, genuine career opportunities, and variety — perfect for someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and thrives on building relationships. This role is all about people. You'll be speaking to clients on the phone, welcoming them into our office, making them feel relaxed and remembered, and creating the kind of reception experience where clients genuinely enjoy visiting us. What you'll be doing Front of House & Client Experience Greeting clients and visitors with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Answering phones and making outbound calls to arrange client appointments. Building genuine relationships with clients — remembering names, conversations, and personal details. Offering refreshments and creating a calm, welcoming reception environment. Taking pride in a clean, tidy, well-presented office (even getting the vacuum out when needed although we do have cleaners). Managing meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are ready before and after meetings. Organisation & Office Support Managing mail, scanning, filing and correspondence. Keeping stationery and office supplies well stocked. Supporting internal events and client events. Assisting with diary management and appointment bookings. Supporting the Operations Manager and wider team with administration. Business & Operations Support (with training) Supporting client onboarding and appointment scheduling. Updating client information on internal systems. Assisting with documentation, reports, and internal processes. Supporting marketing activity such as newsletters and client communications.
