About The Role: They are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter to support their relocation and continued expansion. The successful candidate will have strong programming and setting experience across a range of CNC machinery, including milling machines, lathes, mill/turn centres and sliding head machines, particularly Mazak and Star equipment. This role is ideally suited to a highly skilled machinist who enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement. As part of a small and growing team, you will be expected to work with a high degree of independence and initiative, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce cycle times and enhance production performance.
