The roleYou’ll take ownership of a varied commercial property caseload, working with a broad client base and delivering commercially focused advice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion Advising developers, investors, lenders and business owners Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices Supporting junior team members where appropriate Contributing to the continued growth of the department About youWe’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware and enjoys working in a collaborative environment: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness Able to manage a busy caseload independently Professional, approachable and client-focused A team player who can also work autonomously The firmYou’ll be joining a respected, growing regional firm known for delivering high-quality legal advice and building long-term client relationships.
