    In this reporting-focused role, you will be responsible for providing critical performance information to the management team to support with the delivery of services. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping young people feel supported, heard, and empowered in safe and engaging environments.The post holder will be required to work closely with all of our partner agencies including schools and education providers, youth providers across the North Northamptonshire county.     As a Recovery Worker, you’ll be responsible for working with and motivating service users to engage in the recovery programmes we offer in Devon.Our service welcomes people at any stage in their recovery journey, starting with the open end of harm reduction, through to brief interventions, extended interventions and structured treatment, and Recovery Workers offer support throughout. Day to day duties include:Working autonomously to manage a caseload of our service users, including delivering a range of psychosocial interventions. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals within the community Facilitating group sessions with a range of individuals of varying backgrounds. Working with partnership agencies to ensure continuity of care and support. Providing duty cover for individuals accessing our services. To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:We’re looking for an individual with a real passion for working in a recovery focused environment.
