    Details of the role:Offering peer support through being ‘buddied’ with one or two people at any one time.     As a member of the multi disciplinary team, you will be running a variety of peer support groups as well as working with service users one-on-one in order to build their recovery capital and achieve their recovery goals. We aim to help people to build and sustain long-term recovery from addiction and encourage self-efficacy believing that everyone is an expert in themselves, they often need a helping hand on their journey.We are seeking a positive and motivated individuals who have the ability to navigate a fast-paced and challenging client group with a variety of complex needs.
