    Here at Reconomy, we’re excited to be recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the continued success of our Legal & Compliance team. This is a full‑time, permanent, fully remote position offering a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 (DOE). You’ll also benefit from a structured development plan, including dedicated training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career progression across the organisation.

    Key responsibilities:  Lead and support group-wide regulatory compliance, GDPR, anti‑bribery and corruption, sanctions and other relevant legislation Maintain and develop robust compliance frameworks, controls, and programmes while acting as the first point of contact for compliance and data protection queries Drive continuous improvement across the compliance function, collaborating with compliance leads to review policies, assess new regulatory impacts, maintain processing records, support DSAR responses and ensure consistent high‑quality compliance practices Investigate, analyse, and report on non‑compliance incidents, including personal data breaches ensuring appropriate regulatory reporting, responses and escalation where required  Coordinate and support external inspections and audits managing regulatory interactions and ensuring timely accurate submissions Ensure consistent compliance across all Reconomy companies confirming adherence to group policies, completion of mandatory training and acceptance of company policies by all employees Produce regular compliance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key risks, trends and areas for improvement
    What we need from you A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a compliance‑focused role  Deep knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR  Familiarity with wider compliance areas such as anti‑bribery, corruption, and sanctions legislation is desirable A proven track record of maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and high ethical standards  Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills

    About the role As an IT Support Analyst, you will be a key member of a worldwide Service Delivery team responsible for delivering end-user requests, resolving incidents, maintaining systems and implementing projects. Working within an ITIL aligned ITSM you will support internal customers and colleagues through tickets, phone calls, remote sessions, and in person. Periodically you may be required to attend secondary sites to deliver onsite support.
