Role Overview:
You'll lead defined workstreams as part of the migration of Unit4 (Agresso/Business World) from on-premises (Azure) to vendor SaaS. This is a critical replatforming project with significant integration elements, reporting directly to the Programme Manager and working alongside a collaborative PM team.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
Proven experience managing SaaS migrations (technical & functional workstreams).
Strong knowledge of financial systems / ERP.
Highly Desirable:
Hands-on experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) migrations to SaaS.
Background in UK Higher Education and stakeholder governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery of assigned workstreams within the Unit4 SaaS migration.
Manage integrations with third-party solutions (e.g., GrantsNow, Flywire).
Develop project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
Engage stakeholders through workshops and decision-making sessions.
Mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
Ensure documentation and structured reporting for leadership and governance boards.
Contract Details:
Location: Hybrid - with on-campus presence in Yorkshire 2 - 3 days a week
IR35: Outside
Duration: 6 months.
Start Date: January 2026.
