What You'll Be Doing * Preparing accurate electrical estimates for tender submissions * Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing * Identifying risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities * Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings when required * Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices * Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel * Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation * Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred Benefits Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Company car or allowance Annual bonus Full benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
