Responsibilities Project Ownership Own any projects from kick-off through to reconciliation & wrap-up​ Be the main point of contact for client​ Proactively use Monday.com to track the project and keep on top of upcoming deadlines​ Report, weekly, to the Project Delivery Lead & Account Manager of status​ Ensure that the Procim budget is kept up to date to allow the accurate financial reporting of the business​ In the event of any project issues, discuss (in good time) with the Project Delivery Lead in order to find suitable solution/s​ Work collaboratively with finance & creative to achieve team alignment​ Adhere to all steps within the Rapiergroup Way inc. all process requirements​ Ensure the use of ‘On Brand’ company templates, filing and version control​ Ensure client facing document is proofed to an appropriate level​ Complete the Health & Safety requirements of the project, in good time, for review by the Head of Production​ Deliver the project onsite inc. following all Rapiergroup requirements Project Support Support on client projects to grow technical knowledge in order to enhance the ability to liaise with clients , venues and suppliers​ Provide trusted support Project Managers when planning, coordinating and delivering client or internal Projects in line with our documented Proven Process inclusive of all Company policies​ To own any assigned task, ensure understanding and ask for further guidance if needed​ Ensure a deadline is agreed for any assigned task​ To continually update Project Managers on the status of assigned tasks, where necessary being pro-active in providing clear options and solutions​ Ensure the high quality of any client facing documentation​ To attend creative briefings where required Client Contact To deliver client projects onsite and undertake any other travel where necessary​ Support in the closure of live projects as directed by the Project Manager​ To be available to action and support on any additional tasks at short notice and as required by the Head of Project Delivery To attend client meetings, take notes and contribute where asked Finance Budget awareness and input, show an ability to develop and progress knowledge of the financial management process​ Progression of negotiation skills and management of budget updates​ Ensuring pre-authorisation from Project Manager for all expenditure relating to a project​ Support in the closure of any project Proposal and Pitch Support new business bids if requested as a member of the pitch team​ Participate in proposal planning and creation as appropriate Skills required Commercial awareness Open mindedness and fairness Project management skills Budget management skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Competencies required CommunicationTo communicate clearly with clients, co-workers and contractorsPlanning & OrganisationTo always keep deadlines and budgets in mindPeople ManagementTo work easily with other parts of the business when working on a shared project.Team workingWork seamlessly with co-workersCustomer & Quality FocusedWorking to continuously improve products, services and work processes to exceed customer expectations, whilst building relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.ProfitabilityForecasting and contributing to and enhancing Company profitability by thinking about actions in line with budgets and financial targets. If so, we would love to hear from you.You will join an established, friendly, and supportive team and will work closely, as part of a project team, with an assigned Project Manager and a Project Delivery Lead who will provide line management, leadership, and programme management for the client’s multiple events. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for leading the curation of branded content (both digital & print) on a global exhibition program alongside managing digital content creation projects. Each aspect focuses on content creation, coordination and (in some cases) legal review and approval. You will ensure that client goals and strategic objectives are met.If you are ready to take the next step in your career please do get in touch, it is a great time to talk.This role is Hybrid, working 2 days a week from our office in Ware, Hertfordshire. For the right candidate we would be open to fully remote. Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties:  Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring a consistent approach across all projects for content continuity  Acting as the liaison between agency and clients  Lead client and internal meetings with a content focus; ensuring understanding and continuity of knowledge, all-party status checks and schedule/brand adherence  Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion  Stay connected to agency briefing/comms, any legal timelines, and storyboard/final content submission  Liaise with 2D/3D creatives and ensure historical reference to previous content and exhibit use when required on new shows  Participate in agency/client calls when required and oversee internal validation and verification processes  Utilise software tools such as PromoMats for legal review and content approval processes  Creation & management of live event playlists for smooth onsite delivery  Travel onsite (as required) throughout the year; to supervise all content and ensure successful completion  Skills, Knowledge and Experience Proven digital & print experience with an established record of building digital solutions and innovating in established businesses  Broad technical knowledge of digital platforms, software, and project management tools; proficiency in PromoMats would be advantageous  Excellent communication and client management skills  Agile and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines  Read Less
