  Overview
  We are seeking an experienced Warehouse admin with a strong operational background and proven expertise in warehouse management system. This role requires someone who can work fluently within a fast-paced warehouse environment, adapt to operational changes, and communicate effectively with both on-site teams and clients.
  You will act as the eyes and ears of the operation, ensuring smooth running of warehouse processes, accurate system updates, and effective communication across departments.
  Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and report any issues, changes, or updates to management and clients. Utilise and update SAP, CMMS, WCS, and other warehouse management systems accurately. Communicate in fluent English with warehouse teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders. Email and liaise with the client professionally regarding operational updates and queries. Monitor work flows, identify operational bottlenecks, and support the team in resolving issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety procedures. Use Microsoft Word and Excel confidently for reporting and documentation. Support overall warehouse performance by maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements Proven operational background within warehouse environments. Strong experience working with warehouse management IT systems (essential). Experience using CMMS, WCS, or other warehouse management systems. Fluent English (written and verbal). Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via email. Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work rotational and night shifts. Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt to a changing operational environment. SAP experience (Desirable) Compliance & Screening

  We are recruiting a 3x reliable, experienced hard-working warehouse operatives/ Bendi FLT operators for our aerospace customer in Coleshill, Birmingham, B46.This is a permanent position via Rapier Employment. This company is a market-leading adhesive, sealant and lubricant distributor withing the aerospace industry. Requirements: Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking/understanding). Minimum 2yrs recent warehouse operative experience. Previous experience in data entry. Excellent attention to detail. A strong stable work history. Physically fit (manual handling products) Looking to grow within the company. Willing to learn and take on extra responsibilities. Bendi licence (Desired). You must be able to travel to the Coleshill area for 08:30 am, Monday to Friday (own transport preferred).
  Pay rate:
  £24,£25,per annum (depending on experience) This would increase with the more skills you pick up as you progress. After you have completed your probation, you will also be enrolled into the companies quarterly bonus scheme too. During busy periods, OT is available on Friday afternoons and occasionally on Saturdays. £26,per annum if you hold a valid in-date bendi licence (with experience). Hours of work: Monday-Friday. 08:30-17:30 (11:30 finish every other Friday). 2x 15 minute break. 1x 30 minute lunch break . hours paid. The Role. Working in a modern, clean and well-lit environment. The initial element of the role of warehouse operative will cover picking, packing, put-away & finalising – once trained in this element we may look to train in other areas such as Exports and Good’s in. As a warehouse operative you will be expected to lift items of various weights up to 15kg. Using a order-picking scanning gun, you will need to have a good level of numeracy and literacy as you will be expected to locate various items using a numbered system. If you have an external Bendi FLT licence, then this would be an advantage however, the majority of the work will be manual.

  WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
  Oversee and support the performance of drivers to ensure they meet the established Key Performance Indicators.
  Ensure all transport operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, while maintaining operational efficiency.
  Make necessary changes to daily transport plans if issues arise to ensure smooth operations.
  Proactively address and resolve any issues related to transport operations or coordination with the warehouse to minimize delays and maintain productivity.
  Lead daily briefings and debriefings with drivers to communicate important updates, safety information, and expectations for the shift.
  Manage Driver performance to identify any major discrepancies in accordance with the Daily Transport Plan.
  Ensure drivers and the fleet comply with all relevant legal, safety, and operational standards, ensuring smooth and lawful operation throughout the shift.
  Communications on events and foreseen road closures between sites. Communications to senior members of the contract to ensure knowledge is shared.
