  Job description:
    Trunking to internal depots. Some handball involved Wagon and Drag. room of choice. There are 7 cameras on the vehicles, 5 around and 2 in the back so be aware whilst carrying out your daily duties and work how you have been trained. Good timekeeping is essential.  
  Start times: 19:00.
  Shifts can be up to 10 hours long, but your average hours would equate to a 48-hour week.
  
  Maximum of 6 points. No DD, CU80, IN
  *DBS REQUIRED* Benefits: Discounts Full uniform provided. Pension Driver CPC training. 5 yearly medical expenses paid. Progression and development. Bonus

  This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
   
  Responsibilities will include:
    Delivering to RDCs and stores. Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages. Vehicle checks Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.  
  Days
    Days: 04:00 – 09:00 starts £ PAYE – Monday to Friday £ PAYE – Saturday and Sunday  
  Nights
    Nights: 15:00 – 21:00 starts £ PAYE – Monday to Friday £ PAYE – Saturday and Sunday

  We’re currently recruiting up to three experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to support a busy logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent work with competitive pay and varied routes.
   Role Overview: Work Type: Store deliveries, collections, and trunking Trailer Types: Primarily double-deck box trailers (no curtain siders) Load Types: Totes, pallets, cages, loose bags – not just cages & pallets Manual Handling: Yes – includes tipping trailers, moving stock, and salvage returns. Some routes are lighter, but most involve physical work. Shift Length: Typically 10–13 hours, but we aim to average out the week Minimum Payable Hours: 8 hours per shift (unpaid breaks)  Pay Rates: Base Rate
