    Our client A specialist firm that collaborates with institutional real estate investors, such as private equity firms & investment managers, to manage and enhance the value of property assets across the UK & Europe. 
    Overview You will support the asset management of the industrial and logistics assets of a UK portfolio. You will take ownership of value-add initiatives, leasing activity, and day to day asset performance. The role is not limited to Industrial and Logistics, and you may work across other sectors as the portfolio evolves. The role suits a hungry and ambitious individual who wants responsibility and development opportunities.
    Key Responsibilities • Deliver value add asset management plans for multi let and single let I&L assets. • Lead leasing from enquiry to heads of terms and completion. • Manage refurbishments and capex projects with external consultants. • Track asset performance, rent collection, arrears, service charge, and ESG actions. • Prepare business plans, budgets, and cashflows. • Support refinancing, valuations, hold sell analysis, and exit strategies. • Manage occupier relationships and handle lease events. • Build reports for internal committees, partners, and lenders. • Work with analysts to monitor KPIs and create dashboards. • Regularly visit assets and maintain strong market knowledge.
    Skills and Experience • 2+ years in asset management, investment or leasing. • Strong experience within Industrial and Logistics. • Confident in leasing negotiations, business planning, and financial modelling. • Understanding of capex works, refurbishments, and M&E basics. • Clear written and verbal communication. • Strong relationship skills with occupiers, agents, and consultants. • Able to manage several assets at once and work at pace.
    Personal Qualities • Commercial mindset focused on increasing NOI and asset value. • High drive and strong ownership. • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems. • Keen to grow with the platform and take on wider asset classes.

    They have 8 offices across Europe & APAC, with assets under management of approx. £4bn is seeking an Associate Capital Projects Manager with a building surveying or project management background to support the delivery and oversight of refurbishment and improvement projects across its European industrial and logistics portfolio. The role combines hands-on technical involvement with broader coordination responsibilities, supporting local teams and providing professional advice to inform asset business plans and investment decisions.
    Key Responsibilities Refurbishment Delivery: Lead or support the delivery of capital works and refurbishment projects across multiple industrial assets, ensuring alignment with budget, programme, and technical standards. Technical Advisory: Provide building surveying insight on condition, compliance, and specification matters, contributing to business plans and investment appraisals. Governance & Oversight: Monitor local project managers and consultants, ensuring consistency in scope, reporting, and risk management. Procurement & Contracts: Manage consultant and contractor appointments, prepare scopes of service, and oversee contract administration in line with governance procedures. Financial Control: Assist in tracking budgets, certifying payments, and supporting lender or investor reporting where required. Site Engagement: Undertake regular site inspections to review progress, validate reports, and identify opportunities for value enhancement or cost mitigation. Cross-Border Coordination: Support delivery teams across the UK and continental Europe, adapting to different legal, planning, and construction frameworks. Candidate Requirements 3–6 years’ experience in building surveying, project management, or development within the industrial or logistics sector. Solid understanding of refurbishment, technical due diligence, and contractor/consultant management. Confident producing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and cost information. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
