Your new roleAs our new Senior Project Manager, you will be part of our growing UK team working on healthcare projects throughout the UK and internationally. You will have the opportunity to thrive in the management and delivery of technical excellence across a broad range of engineering and associated specialisms and be at the forefront of our client care in the healthcare sector.We offer flexible working arrangements with candidates able to work from any of our primary offices as well as home. We have an exciting range of ongoing projects including Hillerod Hospital Denmark, Cambridge Children’s Hospital, Kettering General Hospital and KEMH, Falklands Islands.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Management and delivery of engineering advisory and design services for healthcare building projects, from inception/feasibility through to completion/handover.Managing and supporting our Multidisciplinary design consultancy team and specialist sub-consultants, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects and specialist designers.Ensuring that our scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets and QA procedures are in place, maintained and used by our in house teams and specialist sub-consultantsArranging and leading coordination meetings.Ensuring our internal governance procedures are followed.Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of all project activities including preparing Monthly Reports, Minutes and Programmes, and delivery of presentations when required.Ensuring coordinated and high-quality deliverables from our multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialist sub-consultantsManage your own projects and support engineering discipline leads to allocate resources and co-ordinate tasksRepresenting Ramboll and developing positive and collaborative working relationships with the project team, clients and contractors.Positively raise the profile and reputation of Ramboll and our UK Healthcare TeamSupport to bid teams and preparation of proposals for multi-disciplinary tenders alongside the discipline team leaders.Your key deliverables for this role will be:Supporting the delivery of projects to budget, time and qualityCreating positive working relationships with Design teams.Coordinating design deliverables and ensuring quality outputsDeveloping safe, sustainable and profitable solutions Your new teamOur Healthcare team is growing to deliver our exciting and ambitious 5 year strategy.
