    As part of Ralph Lauren'sNext Generation Transformation (NGT)initiative, we are replacing our core operating systems (SAP, Island Pacific, and Microsoft D365) with a unifiedEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)solution.     * Manage vendor master and article master data efforts within the ERP transformation program.

    Position Overview
    We have an exciting vacancy for a Brand Image Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Ralph Lauren's brand image at our flagship store on New Bond Street, London. This historic location, opened in 1981, was Ralph Lauren's first international store and continues to be a key representation of the brand's heritage and style in Europe. This role is a seasonal temporary fixed term contract until Jan 2026

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Key Responsibilities: o Execute daily window/interior maintenance walks for NBS, including: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations. Conduct daily walkthrough of locations, identifying opportunities to improve and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the site, including the overall tidiness of NBS. o A candidate with an eye for detail and will support the store in all Brand Image needs, including repairing rigs, compositions, florals, café standards, and overall aesthetic standards. o Responsible to help store line restyle mannequins/bustforms throughout the day. Maintaining the Brand Image guidelines and supporting with item replacements, with direction and guidance from Brand Image team. o Daily communication with store line management, particularly the floor management reps, about areas that need their attention for purposes of replenishment and standards o Actively participate in the timely updating of the store line with up to date install pictures for their maintenance and education, including window and interior photos o Support with preparing for the next installation or floor changes, in keeping with a rolling creative calendar.
