Radwell is committed to providing our employees with learning opportunities, both inhouse and externally, so you can make the most of your role and actively contribute to the success of our business.  If getting stuck in with a role that can afford you plentiful growth and development opportunities, this role could very well be the one you have been waiting for.    The Role   As a Warehouse Operative – Inventory, you will participate in all aspects of inventory control, stock movement, and the smooth running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are accurately picked, stored, and dispatched. Working in a fast-paced, detail-focused, and safety-conscious manner, you provide reliable and efficient support across all warehouse operations. In addition, you will: Pick, consolidate, and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring priority picks are identified, completed promptly, and any issues are escalated to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor. Maintain accurate stock levels and identifying and correcting discrepancies using the Wireless Warehouse Management System (WWMS). Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities, including loading, unloading, inspecting, storing, and preparing picked items for dispatch. Operate warehouse equipment and systems, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, comply with all health and safety procedures, and report any hazards or operational risks.   About You   Being proficient at basic computer operation, and with a strong attention to detail, you will bring your previous team-based working experience to the position, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:          Basic computer skills.          Ability to work at a fast pace.          Attention to detail.          Good communication skills.          Prior experience working or being part of a team.          GCSE or equivalent preferable. Desirable but not essential skills for this role are:          Prior warehouse experience.          Prior experience working with an ERP system.          Prior experience working with electronics or automation products.          Health & Safety qualifications.          Forklift Truck (FLT) license. The Role As Inside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of customer service. Working in a friendly and professional manner, you provide excellent customer service to all customer queries. In addition, you will: ·Respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other means ·Manage sales opportunities for all product; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales ·Check inventory and fulfill order out of inventory if possible ·Notify customers of price and delivery changes for orders placed online, verbally, or by email. Make sure all customer supplied confirming orders have been checked for any differences in detail. ·Make sure that all non-cancellable non-returnable orders are not processed until we have a signed confirmation from the customer acknowledging their acceptance of the terms of the order. ·Assure that all correspondences with customers via phone and e-mail are timely, efficient, and done in a professional manner at all times. ·Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means ·Enter quotations and orders into the sales order processing systems; ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information; confirm all orders with customer; perform follow-up and order clean-up as necessary ·Pro-actively develop new business through outgoing customer calls and other means ·Aid sales floor to obtain daily goals ·May be modified from time to time.
