Sales Manager – TelematicsBase Salary: £40,000+ (dependent on experience)OTE: £55,000+ uncapped. Location: Clarendon Dock, Belfast (office-based, 5 days per week)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am–5:00pmJob purposeAs Sales Manager for Radius Telematics in Belfast, you will lead a dynamic, growing sales team and be accountable for driving performance, culture, and commercial success across Ireland.This role requires a leader who is passionate about coaching, building a high‑energy environment, and creating a culture of focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.You’ll champion a people‑first leadership approach while accelerating commercial growth across our telematics product suite. You will ensure your team operates with clarity, confidence, and consistency, helping them achieve individual and collective success.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, Coaching & CultureBuild and maintain a high‑performance team culture grounded in energy, focus, accountability, and pride.Deliver structured, consistent coaching that elevates capability, confidence, and mindset across the sales team.Foster a culture where people feel empowered, recognised, and connected.Lead by example with positivity, resilience, and a growth mindset.Sales & Performance ManagementOversee sales execution across new business and cross-sell channels.Manage forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and sales KPIs with a data‑driven approach.Ensure CRM discipline and full visibility of team activity and performance.Build and maintain strong market knowledge to identify opportunities for growth.Team Development & TalentRecruit, onboard, and develop talent to build a high performing and future‑ready sales operation.Hold regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and structured training and coaching sessions.Promote collaboration, shared learning, and a supportive team environment.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support to align strategy and deliver excellent customer experience.Represent Radius Telematics at customer visits, partner engagements, industry events, and internal leadership meetings.
Qualifications
EssentialProven experience leading a B2B sales team ideally within SaaS, technology, telematics, fleet management, or a related field.A demonstrable passion for coaching, developing people, and building powerful team cultures.Strong track record of driving both performance and engagement in a target‑driven environment.Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.Highly organised, analytical, and confident in using data to drive decisions and accountability.DesirableKnowledge of telematics, fleet solutions, IoT products, or vehicle tracking technologies.Experience leading new business acquisition and strategic account growth.Familiarity with multi‑product, multi‑channel sales models.
