    The Outbound Fleet Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering UK Fuels’ strategic objectives and contributing to the overall success of the York office budget. This position is accountable for executing the company’s sales strategy at a regional level through the development of high-performing teams, the cultivation of strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and the identification of new business opportunities.     Qualifications

    What do we expect of you?Proven experience in a Sales Manager position, with strong analytical capability and the ability to lead both individual contributors and Team Managers effectively. Previous experience within Fuel Solutions is advantageous but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is preferred.A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving within a dynamic sales environment.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively and provide support to the Head of Sales when required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both decision-makers and non-decision-makers.Demonstrated team-building ability and a proven track record of developing and maintaining productive customer relationships.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong drive to succeed and deliver against company objectives.

     A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Supervisor to join the Energy sales team, growing the company’s volume and revenue in line with our agreed plans.The role …We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.  You’ll report to our Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.Role Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day activities of the Outbound Sales team, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development to new and existing Sales Agents to enhance confidence, skillsets, and productivity.Lead by example to cultivate a high-performing, growth-focused sales environment.Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales Support, Referral Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through to renewal.Identify and promote value-added opportunities during customer interactions to improve retention, upsell, and renewal rates.Support management by driving team performance and contributing to overall sales results.Monitor and maintain accurate sales records, dashboards, and reports to track team performance and provide actionable management insights.Foster a motivating and supportive team environment that encourages growth, high performance, and long-term retention.Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff as required.Handle escalations and resolve customer or team issues promptly and professionally.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making. 
    Qualifications

     Essential Role Requirements:Strong organisational and motivational skills.Outstanding communication skills.Ability to motivate, drive and develop a successful tele-sales team.A ‘can do’ positive attitude.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Willingness to commute between Belfast, Dundalk, Dublin, and Newcastle (GB) offices when requiredDesired Experience:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Supervisory RolePrevious experience working in the Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland Energy Industry.
