    The Administrator will work as part of the Communities Directorate administration team, provide an administrative support service across the Directorate and in support of the delivery of services to Association tenants and service users. Hours: 22.5 per week over 3 days Location: Holywood This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: 1. Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, inclusive of English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C),AND one years administration experience working in a business environment, including operation of a computerised system. OR QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification, AND one years administration experience working in a business environment, including operation of a computerised system. OR 3 years relevant experience in the last 6 years working in a business environment including operation of a computerised system. 2. Evidence of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office to include word processing and excel spreadsheets in a workplace environment. 3. Experience of providing good customer service in the workplace. 4. Experience of working with confidential information in the workplace and producing work that requires evidence of attention to detail. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the schemes, enabling our tenants to live confidently, independently and positively in their own homes, and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the Scheme. The role is at the heart of our delivery of services to our tenants. Our Scheme Coordinators help and encourage our tenants to lead independent lives in a safe and welcoming environment. Whilst our tenants have their own independent homes within the Scheme, they benefit from a range of additional on-site housing services provided via the Scheme Coordinator. This ranges from a tailored welcome and induction on moving in, to liaison on the residents behalf with statutory or voluntary agencies if this is needed, and support in the event of an emergency. Our Scheme Coordinators also arrange social events for our tenants and agree individual housing support plans with them. The Scheme Coordinator also has oversight of the physical environment within the Scheme to ensure that tenants are safe and benefit from a clean, and well maintained living environment.
