We support people to live independently and take part in community-based activities such as swimming, going to the cinema and the theatre and to engage in meaningful employment (voluntary or paid). The people we support have a good sense of humour and would benefit from staff with upbeat/chatty personalities. EIS Workers will provide enhanced intensive support within services to people with a range of presenting needs. Working as part of a team to ensure that the care and support needs of individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health needs are met. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks and offer support within the community.You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.Skills and Qualifications required for the rolePrevious experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential.
