    Radis Community Care are looking for a Service Manager to support our Extra Care Scheme. At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role. About the roleAs a Service Manager you will be promoting a caring environment for people we support through high standards of professional practice, making sure each person receives care appropriate to their needs. You will ensure compliance with all company, local and national standards whilst overseeing quality assurance ensuring these activities are carried out, monitored, recorded and reported.The role will be supporting the Area Manager in the assessments of individuals who are referred for housing, care and support services at the facility ensuring that a personalised support plan is developed for each tenant in conjunction with the relevant professional agencies and the tenant’s family and/or representative.
