Whilst some experience is useful it is not essential as we provide full training and the opportunity to gain qualifications.We are positive about people and share a set of values that are common across the whole of the Radis Group; professionalism, ownership, social responsibility, integrity, teamwork, innovation, valuing people, excellence.About the roleYou will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped etc) - the work is not suited to non-driversAs a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide night care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs. This can include assisting them with personal care and hygiene, turning & medication.This can often be supporting people with planned and responsive care after leaving hospital.
