Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our upcoming Exeter Showroom. As we expand from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you! Salary: Base Salary of £33,000.00£36,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £20,925 (OTE £56,925) Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week with 2 days off Location: Exeter, United Kingdom The role: As the Showroom Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is always presented to the highest standard. You will lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and provide expert advice on product suitability and interior design. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to aftercare, ensuring every client receives a gold-standard service experience.
